We welcome all patients, with or without dental insurance coverage. We provide the courtesy of filing dental insurance claims in order for our patients to receive benefits from their insurance coverage. However, we do not render necessary treatment on the basis that insurance will pay all our fees. All professional services rendered are charged directly to the patient or guardian if patient is a minor. Patient/guardian is responsible for all payment of fees regardless of insurance coverage. We are currently in-network for several dental insurances, including Delta Dental, HealthChoice and Cigna Dental PPO.
As of 1/1/2024, we are out-of-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Payment for services
We hope to help all our patients afford dental treatment. For our patients who do not currently have dental insurance, we will accept Care Credit once approved. Use of Care Credit will need to be pre-arranged before treatment is rendered for those without dental insurance. Payment for dental and facial aesthetic services is expected at the time service is rendered. Payment for orthodontic services (braces or clear aligners) can be arranged as monthly payments over the course of treatment. Account balance must be resolved before the conclusion of orthodontic treatment and before retainers are delivered.
